1. Arctic Storm, Inc.

The Joint Venture based in Seattle, USA has been operating the 4,500 G/T factory trawler "Arctic Storm" in the American EEZ of Bering Sea since 1986. Annual products represent 8,000 M/T of Pollock surimi, 500 M/T of pollock roe and 3,000 M/T of yellowfin sole which are exported mainly to Japan.

2. Pacific Oyang Ltd.

In cooperation with Pacific Oyang Ltd, the affiliated company in New Zealand, Oyang is operating 3 trawlers namely No. 77 Oyang, No. 86 Oyang and No. 97 Nofa in New Zealand waters to catch approx 9,000 M/T of fish including Squid, Hoki and other valuable species annually.

3. Qingdao Kang Yang Foods Co., Ltd.

The Chinese Joint Venture company with its registered office and factory in Qingdao, China was established in 1995 to produce approx 300MT of surimi analogue products per month including imitation crab sticks for European markets as well as domestic market in China.
